print
From penal mediation to restorative justice: Policies and practices in transition.

The European Forum for Restorative Justice organises an International RJ Symposium dedicated to the newly adopted CoE Recommendation on RJ in criminal justice matters: “From penal mediation to restorative justice: Policies and practices in transition”. The event will bring together about 200 practitioners, policymakers, researchers from Europe, and beyond, actively engaging in dialogues and interactive sessions and participating in plenaries and a theatre performance. Participants can also contribute to the programme by presenting a proposal for a poster presentation, fringe meeting and/or the fair of organisations (deadline: 12 April). The early bird fee is available until 20 April: register now and meet us in Bilbao on 5-6 June! The draft programme and information on our guest speakers are online. Also, if you are not a member yet, you can still participate in the Annual General Meeting of the EFRJ membership (4 June evening) to get to know the EFRJ activities and future plans, and maybe apply to join this international community of RJ professionals and supporters.
